Custom Cooling Coils.
Aidear specializes in the bending and fabrication of custom cooling coils for OEM equipment and machinery. Per your material specifications, we can produce steel cooling coils, stainless steel cooling coils, copper cooling coils, or aluminum cooling coils that match your exact designs.
Aidear provides fast and efficient production for OEM cooling coils in mid-size production runs with quantities in the hundreds or thousands of pieces. We can provide OEM cooling coils that meet most MIL-SPEC standards.
Steel cooling coils are commonly used to cool down metal castings. Each steel cooling coil is made from high quality steel tubing to ensure reliability and durability.
Work Condition:
· Refrigerant side(In the tube): R22,R134a,R407c,R410a etc.
· Water side (in your tank):Nature water,drink water,seawater etc
Material:
· Heat transfer Tube: Titanium / 316L / SUS304 / Copper
Features:
· Usually used for heating and cooling.
· Pure titanium tube has super strong corrosion proof ability and high intensity.
· The seamless titanium tube was tested by 2.0MPa pressure to make sure the tube is strong and not leakage .
· It has the character of strong corrosion resistance ,good heat resistance , high conductivity, non-toxic,no-scale ,no-blocking , no contamination of medium,and not easy to formed oxides on the surface.
The convoluted internal coil gives the wort greater surface area for contact with the cold water. This reduces the amount of water needed to cool the wort! The wort runs through one tube, while the cold water runs through another tube allowing for the shortest possible cool off times.
